罗文,男,博士,讲师。


一、个人简介

目前主要从事药用植物与微生物互作的研究工作,结合野外调查取样、原位实验和温室控制实验,运用微生物组学、宏基因组学以及代谢组学等多组学技术,开展科学研究。具体研究方向

1.植物根系微生物的环境响应机制及生态功能

2.植物关键微生物对药用植物品质的调控

3.土壤微生物在植物养分积累中的重要作用

1. 大豆驯化驱动的根瘤菌共生进化及其根际微生物的组装与功能演变机制,国家自然科学基金面上项目,60万元,已结题,参与。
